The Board of Directors meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Tuscarora Recreation Center in Tuscarora Elementary School. All are welcome to attend!
MYBA
Established in 1991, the Monocacy Youth Basketball Association formed a recreational youth basketball league for boys and girls in grades 3-12. Today there are 19 communities within Frederick and Carroll Counties that participate in the league. For more information, click on the link below.
Referee Information
All officiating is scheduled and coordinated by the IAABO Board 214. There will be 2 certified IAABO officials per game at all BCRC events that take place at BCRC facilities. BCRC does not have the authority to dictate officials used by other organizations within the MYBA. If you have issues with any officiating at a game that you are a witness to, please contact our Assistant Program Director, John Magee.
