BCRC Basketball is an instructional recreation program for youth ages 8 to 19. We have the full backing of the Recreation Council, Parks & Recreation and the City of Frederick in our pursuit of gym time for practices and games. Our program director is

The Board of Directors meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm in the Tuscarora Recreation Center in Tuscarora Elementary School. All are welcome to attend!

Boy's Age Groups
U10, U12, U14, U16, U19
Girl's Age Groups
U10, U12, U19
Eligibility Deadline: September 1st
Example: To play U10, your child must have been under 10 on September 1st.
Minimum Age Requirement
In order to play in the BCRC Basketball program, your child must be 8 by December
31st of the current season. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Registration Fee: $75
Uniform Fee: $35
Registration Deadline:
Online Registration Deadline is the day prior to each of the age group's draft night, or you may register in person at the gym on the night of the draft. Late registrations will be accepted through requests only, and must be sent to the director's office. The requests will go onto a waiting list and you will be notified as to whether or not we were able to fullfill the request. All forms and payment are due at the time of registration. In the event of a late registration, if we are unable to accommodate your request, all forms and money will be refunded/returned to you.
